QUICK ACCESS BUTTONS TO – GET A QUOTE – LET US HELP – FILE A CLAIM: These easy access buttons are on our home page and personal lines pages (under “Personal” in the menu, and under each drop down in Personal: Home, Auto, RV & Motorcycle & Recreational Vehicles, Umbrella).
• Get a Quote takes you to a page with the Nationwide logo and the Safeco logo. Nationwide can quote you on Auto, Homeowners, Condo or Renter’s Insurance. Safeco can quote you on Auto, Homeowners, Condo, Renter’s, Boat/Watercraft, Motorcycle, RV, Umbrella, or Landlord Protection Insurance. If you have questions or have more complex coverage needs, please contact our office or an agent.
• Let Us Help takes you to a form where you can request to be contacted by an agent or our office to get help with obtaining a policy, coverage questions and more. You can choose types of insurance you are interested in, write a message, even choose a specific agent if you’d like. This form (or one like it) also appears on the business page and farm page.
• File a Claim takes you to the Client Login/Customer Policy Access page where you can login to file a claim.

CLIENT LOGIN ALLOWS YOU TO ACCESS YOUR POLICY 24/7. File a claim, view & print policies, print ID cards, request changes, etc.: Click “Client Login” in the menu bar (top right highlighted in red) to get to our Customer Policy Access page. Click on “Create an Account” (if you don’t have one already) to create a new username and password. Have your policy number handy as well as the email address you gave us when you became a client. APPOINTMENT SETTING LINKS are found on the “Our Staff” page under “About” in the menu bar. Click on the bio of an agent of your choice, and you will find a link in red to set an appointment at the bottom of their bio. You will also find email addresses to all our staff in the bios. Sorry, the emails are not linked due to cyber security protection.

SAFETY SERVICES can be found in the menu under “Safety”. The Safety Services page explains many of the FREE services we offer to our Farm and Commercial clients such as employee training classes (in person and virtually) and much more. COMPLIANCE & TRAINING ACCESS LOGIN can also be found under the “Safety” tab. This FREE service with compliance information and online safety training is available to Basi’s Farm and Commercial clients. If you are a client who would like access, go to the login and click “Request Access” where you will be prompted to send an email with your request to our Safety Specialist. Once he approves, you will have access to compliance and training information 24/7.
BETTER ACCESS FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES is now enhanced by our partnership with Audio Eye. Audio Eye certifies that our website is being optimized to conform with their interpretation of guidance provided by WCAG 2.1 AA. In this ongoing effort, certified accessibility professionals have already made progress to remove access barriers and will continue to enhance this site for optimal accessibility and usability for all users, including users of Assistive Technology.
